General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12707) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RNF113A, targeting the amino acid region 41–100 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RNF113A (Ring finger protein 113A) is a novel gene whose function cannot directly be inferred from its sequence analysis. Ring finger proteins have a role in signalling the destruction of a range of heterologous protein substrates. They are small zinc binding domains present within arrays of larger, functionally distinct proteins, often close to the amino or carboxyl termini. RNF113A is a ubiquitously expressed protein that contains a RING type zinc finger and a C3H1 type zinc finger. DPABH-12707 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-12707 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
