This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11227) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RNF111. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RNF111 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear RING-domain containing E3 ubiquitin ligase. This protein interacts with the transforming growth factor (TGF) -beta/NODAL signaling pathway by promoting the ubiquitination and proteosomal degradation of negative regulators, like SMAD proteins, and thereby enhances TGF-beta target-gene transcription. As a modulator of the nodal signaling cascade, this gene plays a critical role in the induction of mesoderm during embryonic development. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms. DPABH-11227 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications. DPABH-11227 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
