This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22783) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RNASE12. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RNASE12 (Ribonuclease A Family Member 12) is a protein-coding gene that encodes a member of the pancreatic-type ribonuclease family, though it is considered inactive due to lacking traditional RNA-degrading (nuclease) activity. It is primarily recognized as a secreted, epididymal-specific protein involved in male fertility and sperm maturation. DPABH-22783 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. DPABH-22783 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
