General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18521) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RMDN2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RMDN2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Regulator of microtubule dynamics 2 (RMDN2) is a microtubule-associated protein involved in the control of microtubule organization and stability within the cell. RMDN2 localizes to the cytoskeleton and centrosome-associated regions, where it contributes to the regulation of microtubule growth and dynamics, processes that are essential for mitotic spindle formation, intracellular transport, and maintenance of cell polarity. Although less extensively characterized than other microtubule regulators, RMDN2 is thought to play a supportive role in coordinating cytoskeletal remodeling during cell division and cellular stress responses. Continued investigation is needed to fully define its interacting partners and functional significance in human cells.
DPABH-18521 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications.
DPABH-18521 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
