This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18034) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RIOK3. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene was first identified by the similarity of its product to the Aspergillus nidulans SUDD protein. This gene is now recognized as a member of the right open reading frame (RIO) kinase gene family. This gene encodes a serine/threonine kinase that localizes to the cytoplasm and plays a role in the processing of the pre-40 S ribosomal subunit. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
DPABH-18034 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-18034 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
