General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02999) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RASSF9. It has been affinity purified by protein A. The protein encoded by this gene localizes to perinuclear endosomes. This protein associates with peptidylglycine alpha-amidating monooxygenase, and may be involved with the trafficking of this enzyme through secretory or endosomal pathways. DPABH-02999 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. DPABH-02999 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
