This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28418) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RASGRP4, targeting the amino acid region 108–170 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RASGRP4 is a member of the RAS guanine nucleotide-releasing protein (RASGRP) family, which are crucial guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs). The primary function of this family is to act as molecular switches that activate RAS signaling pathways by promoting the exchange of GDP for GTP on small GTPases. Specifically, RASGRP4 is highly and preferentially expressed in mast cells. It plays a vital role in the development, maturation, and functional activation of these immune cells by regulating key signaling cascades, such as the MAPK pathway.
DPABH-28418 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-28418 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
