This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18367) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human RAPH1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with RAPH1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. RAPH1 (Ras-associated and pleckstrin homology domains-containing protein 1), also known as Lamellipodin, is a protein-coding gene in humans that plays a crucial role in cell migration and actin cytoskeleton dynamics. It regulates cell movement by interacting with Ena/VASP proteins, promoting lamellipodia formation, and is often overexpressed in aggressive cancers, aiding tumor progression and radioresistance.
DPABH-18367 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-18367 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
