This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26069) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human RAB30, targeting the amino acid region 1–203 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human RAB30 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. RAB30 (RAB30, member RAS oncogene family) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with RAB30 include endotheliitis, and among its related super-pathways are Sertoli-Sertoli Cell Junction Dynamics. GO annotations related to this gene include GTP binding and GTPase activity. An important paralog of this gene is RAB19. DPABH-26069 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-26069 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
