This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28494) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PBX3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PBX3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Pre-B-cell leukemia transcription factor 3 (PBX3) is a homeodomain-containing protein from the TALE family, primarily acting as an oncogenic transcriptional regulator that promotes cancer cell growth, metastasis, and epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT). It is heavily involved in regulating tumor progression in colorectal, gastric, prostate, and AML cancers by acting as a cofactor for HOX proteins (e.g., HOXA9) and modulating pathways like MAPK/ERK and AKT.
DPABH-28494 is suitable for use in WB 1 (1000-3000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) applications.
DPABH-28494 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
