This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05371) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PAN2, targeting the amino acid region 850–1198 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PAN2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Functions in cytoplasmic mRNA decay. As part of the Pan nuclease complex, shortens poly(A) tails of RNA when the poly(A) stretch is bound by polyadenylate-binding protein. DPABH-05371 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:200–1:800), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-05371 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
