This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27704) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PSTPIP2, targeting the amino acid region 1–312 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PSTPIP2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PSTPIP2 (Proline-serine-threonine phosphatase-interacting protein 2) binds to F-actin and may be involved in regulation of the actin cytoskeleton. DPABH-27704 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. DPABH-27704 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
