General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05183) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PSKH2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PSKH2 belongs to the protein kinase superfamily and CAMK Ser/Thr protein kinase family. PSKH2 catalytic the reaction: ATP + a protein = ADP + a phosphoprotein. DPABH-05183 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-05183 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
