This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01670) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PSG4, targeting the amino acid region 301–400 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a pregnancy-specific glycoprotein (PSG), one of several encoded by a cluster of similar genes on chromosome 19. This gene is a member of the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) gene family and may play a role in regulation of the innate immune system. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. DPABH-01670 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-01670 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
