Recombinant full-length Mouse PSF1
PSF1; DNA replication complex GINS protein PSF1; GINS complex subunit 1; GINS1; partner of sld five-1; partner of sld5
PSF1 is a member of the heterotetrameric GINS complex which is essential for formation of replication forks and replisome progression in DNA replication. The precise function of GINS is unclear, but it is thought to activate the MCM2-7 complex and also to interact with DNA polymerases alpha and epsilon. The other members of the GINS complex are PSF2, PSF3 and SLD5. Suitable for use in Western blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. The function about PSF1 antigen include protein binding.
