This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20286) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRSS38. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PRSS38 (Serine Protease 38), also known as Marapsin-2, is a novel GPI-anchored sperm serine protease involved in the fertilization process in both humans and mice. Located on human chromosome 1q42.13, this 326-amino acid enzyme is present in sperm protein extracts and plays a functional role in sperm-oocyte interactions. DPABH-20286 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-20286 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
