This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24126) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PRSS33. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PRSS33 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. PRSS33 (Serine Protease 33), also known as EOS, is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 16 that encodes a serine protease. It is primarily and constitutively expressed in human eosinophils. PRSS33 is involved in proteolytic processes and has been linked to airway remodeling by stimulating fibroblasts to produce extracellular matrix proteins. DPABH-24126 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application. DPABH-24126 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
