This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09287) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRRG1, targeting the amino acid region 102–218 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PRRG1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PRRG1 (proline rich Gla (G-carboxyglutamic acid) 1) is a protein-coding gene, and is affiliated with the lncRNA class. Diseases associated with PRRG1 include intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and cholangiocarcinoma. GO annotations related to this gene include calcium ion binding. An important paralog of this gene is PRRG4. DPABH-09287 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. DPABH-09287 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
