This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00957) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRPF39, targeting the amino acid region 1–348 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PRPF39 also termed as Pre mRNA processing factor 39 or PRP39 homolog is a 669 amino acid protein, which contains 7 HAT repeats and belongs to the PRP39 family. PRPF39 localizes in nucleus and may play a role in mRNA splicing. DPABH-00957 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-00957 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
