This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04592) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRKAR2B, targeting the amino acid region 1–122 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PRKAR2B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Regulatory subunit of the cAMP-dependent protein kinases involved in cAMP signaling in cells. Type II regulatory chains mediate membrane association by binding to anchoring proteins, including the MAP2 kinase.
