This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04338) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PRICKLE3, targeting the amino acid region 285–615 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PRICKLE3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LIM domain only 6 is a three LIM domain-containing protein. The LIM domain is a cysteine-rich sequence motif that binds zinc atoms to form a specific protein-binding interface for protein-protein interactions. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]. DPABH-04338 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200) applications. DPABH-04338 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
