General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23003) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP4R1, targeting the amino acid region 331–520 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PP4R1 is a protein which is associated with the catalytic subunit of Protein Serine/Threonine Phosphatase 4 (PP4C) and may possibly regulate the activity of the enzyme. DPABH-23003 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:16,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-23003 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
