It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables phosphatase binding activity and protein domain specific binding activity. Involved in calcineurin-NFAT signaling cascade and positive regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II. Part of calcineurin complex. Implicated in Alzheimer's disease and dilated cardiomyopathy. DPABH-04805 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-04805 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
