This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13673) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP2R2C, targeting the amino acid region 55–262 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PPP2R2C from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PPP2R2C (Protein Phosphatase 2 Regulatory Subunit Bγ) is a crucial regulatory subunit of the serine/threonine phosphatase PP2A, responsible for directing enzyme localization and substrate specificity. It acts as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting cell proliferation (e.g., in glioma) and is implicated in tau dephosphorylation, with reduced levels linked to Alzheimer's disease.
DPABH-13673 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-13673 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
