This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02025) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP1R9A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PPP1R9A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PPP1R9A, also named as KIAA1222 and NEB1, binds to actin filaments (F-actin) and shows cross-linking activity. PPP1R9A has been found to be concentrated in the synapse of developed neurons and in the lamellipodia of the growth cone during neuron development.PPP1R9A may be involved in neurite formation. PPP1R9A inhibits protein phosphatase 1-alpha activity. DPABH-02025 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications. DPABH-02025 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
