This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20324) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPP1R42. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene can interact with gamma-tubulin and PP1 phosphatase, a regulator of centrosome separation. The encoded protein is a positive regulator of PP1 phosphatase and thus plays a role in the control of centrosome integrity. DPABH-20324 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-20324 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
