This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23166) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PPIL1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PPIL1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of the cyclophilin family of peptidylprolyl isomerases (PPIases). The cyclophilins are a highly conserved, ubiquitous family, members of which play an important role in protein folding, immunosuppression by cyclosporin A, and infection of HIV-1 virions. Based on similarity to other PPIases, this protein could accelerate the folding of proteins and might catalyze the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides.
DPABH-23166 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:200) applications.
DPABH-23166 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
