This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15241) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human POU3F4, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with POU3F4 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the POU-III class of neural transcription factors. This family member plays a role in inner ear development. The protein is thought to be involved in the mediation of epigenetic signals which induce striatal neuron-precursor differentiation. Mutations in this gene are associated with X chromosome-linked nonsyndromic mixed deafness.
DPABH-15241 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-15241 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
