General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03070) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PNMA5, targeting the amino acid region 133–448 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PNMA5 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PNMA5 is a member of the paraneoplastic Ma antigen (PNMA) family proteins which share relatively conserved protein sequences and are involved in the regulation of growth, apoptosis, or fate determination in different cell types (PMID: 29378289). PNMA5 appears to be involved in the association areas of the neocortex during primate evolution (PMID: 19366867). PNMA5 has been reported to play roles in the pathological development and metastasis of some cancers, including colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, and lung cancer (PMID: 35559417; 35117731; 34136487).
DPABH-03070 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:5,000–1:50,000), IHC (1:400–1:1,600), IF-P (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-03070 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
