This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12424) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PNLIPRP3, targeting the amino acid region 186–370 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PNLIPRP3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PNLIPRP3 (Pancreatic Lipase Related Protein 3) is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 10q25.3, encoding an enzyme involved in lipid metabolism. It acts as a carboxylic ester hydrolase, likely contributing to triglyceride catabolism, high-density lipoprotein remodeling, and cholesterol homeostasis. It is associated with hepatocellular carcinoma and is conserved across species.
DPABH-12424 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-12424 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
