This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23302) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PLXNA4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PLXNA4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to enable semaphorin receptor activity. Predicted to be involved in nervous system development; regulation of cell migration; and semaphorin-plexin signaling pathway. Predicted to act upstream of or within nervous system development; regulation of axon extension involved in axon guidance; and regulation of negative chemotaxis. Predicted to be located in membrane. Predicted to be part of semaphorin receptor complex. Predicted to be active in cerebellar climbing fiber to Purkinje cell synapse and plasma membrane. DPABH-23302 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:200) application. DPABH-23302 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
