This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23650) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PLSCR1, targeting the amino acid region 134–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PLSCR1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Phospholipid scramblase 1 (PLSCR1) is an enzyme encoded by the PLSCR1 gene that catalyzes the calcium-dependent, ATP-independent, bidirectional movement of phospholipids across the plasma membrane. It is a well-studied member of the phospholipid scramblase family and acts as an interferon-stimulated gene (ISG) with crucial antiviral properties, aiding in defense against various infections.
DPABH-23650 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-23650 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
