This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22043) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PLEKHA8, targeting the amino acid region 122–400 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PLEKHA8 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PLEKHA8, also known as FAPP2 (Phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate adapter protein 2), is a protein-coding gene that encodes a lipid-transfer protein crucial for Golgi-to-plasma membrane transport, specifically managing glucosylceramide and regulating apical cargo transport. It plays a key role in membrane remodeling, primary cilium formation, and cancer cell proliferation.
DPABH-22043 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-22043 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
