General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15822) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PLEKHA2, targeting the amino acid region 101–205 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PLEKHA2 (Pleckstrin homology domain containing A2), also known as TAPP2, is a member of the PLEKHA family of proteins.PLEKHA2 is a junctional protein with a Pleckstrin homology domain that is involved in signaling after lymphocyte activation and plays an important role in cytoskeletal reorganization driven by phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase. DPABH-15822 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-15822 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
