This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23255) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PLD3, targeting the amino acid region 162–439 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PLD3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Phospholipase D3 (PLD3) is a type II transmembrane protein and a neuronal lysosomal enzyme that functions primarily as a 5'-3' exonuclease, breaking down single-stranded DNA (ssDNA). It plays a critical role in endosomal protein sorting, amyloid precursor protein (APP) processing, and regulating inflammatory responses, with variants linked to increased risk of Alzheimer's disease.
DPABH-23255 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-23255 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
