General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23196) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PLA2G4F, targeting the amino acid region 111–330 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PLA2G4F (phospholipase A2, group IVF) is a protein-coding gene, and is affiliated with the lncRNA class. Diseases associated with PLA2G4F include neuronitis, and among its related super-pathways are Acyl chain remodelling of PI and Glycerophospholipid biosynthesis. GO annotations related to this gene include lysophospholipase activity and calcium-dependent phospholipase A2 activity. An important paralog of this gene is PLA2G4A. DPABH-23196 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:200) application. DPABH-23196 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
