This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10431) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PLA2G4D. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The phospholipase A2 enzyme family, including PLA2G4D, catalyze the hydrolysis of glycerophospholipids at the sn-2 position and then liberate free fatty acids and lysophospholipids (Chiba et al., 2004 [PubMed 14709560]). DPABH-10431 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-10431 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
