This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10997) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PKNOX2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PKNOX2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PKNOX2 (PBX/knotted 1 homeobox 2) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with PKNOX2 include substance dependence, and alcohol dependence. GO annotations related to this gene include actin filament binding and sequence-specific DNA binding transcription factor activity. An important paralog of this gene is MEIS2. DPABH-10997 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-10997 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C.
