This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28462) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PITPNA. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PITPNA from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Phosphatidylinositol transfer protein, alpha (PITPα, encoded by the PITPNA gene) is a highly conserved, ~33.9 kDa cytosolic protein that shuttles phosphatidylinositol (PI) and phosphatidylcholine (PC) between membrane bilayers. It is essential for producing PI-4-phosphate, fueling phosphoinositide signaling, regulating exocytosis, and facilitating Golgi vesicle trafficking.
DPABH-28462 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-28462 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
