This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15732) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PIP4K2C, targeting the amino acid region 1–421 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PIP4K2C from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PIP4K2C is involved in several processes, including 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate biosynthetic process; negative regulation of 1-phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 5-kinase activity; and positive regulation of autophagosome assembly. PIP4Ks negatively regulate insulin signaling through a catalytic-independent mechanism.
DPABH-15732 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-15732 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
