This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25532) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PIM3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PIM3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family, and PIM subfamily. This gene is overexpressed in hematological and epithelial tumors and is associated with MYC coexpression. It plays a role in the regulation of signal transduction cascades, contributing to both cell proliferation and survival, and provides a selective advantage in tumorigenesis.
DPABH-25532 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-25532 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
