This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20634) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PIGY. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Component of the GPI-GlcNAc transferase (GPI-GnT) complex in the endoplasmic reticulum, a complex that catalyzes transfer of GlcNAc from UDP-GlcNAc to an acceptor phosphatidylinositol, the first step in the production of GPI-anchors for cell surface proteins. May act by regulating the catalytic subunit PIGA. DPABH-20634 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200) application. DPABH-20634 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
