This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13692) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PHF14, targeting the amino acid region 296–555 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PHF14 (PHD Finger Protein 14) is a highly conserved, chromatin-associated protein containing four PHD fingers that acts as a reader of histone modifications and a key epigenetic regulator of mesenchymal cell growth and development. It plays essential roles in lung development, acts as a regulator of PDGFRα, and functions as an oncogene in various cancers.
DPABH-13692 is suitable for use in ELISA, IHC, Western blot (WB) applications.
DPABH-13692 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
