This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09108) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PHACTR3, targeting the amino acid region 211–559 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PHACTR3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PHACTR3 was originally named as the nuclear scaffold-associated PP1-inhibiting protein (Scapinin), which is found in the nuclear insoluble fraction of the leukemia cell line HL-60. However, PHACTR3 is distributed to the plasma membrane in adherent cells, and it enhances cell migration (PMID: 25405772). In humans, there are two PHACTR3 isoforms that are 75 kDa and 60 kDa, respectively (PMID: 32423795). DPABH-09108 is suitable for use in IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:200–1:800) applications. DPABH-09108 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
