This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14700) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human PFDN6. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PFDN6 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. PFDN6 is a subunit of the heteromeric prefoldin complex that chaperones nascent actin (see MIM 102560) and alpha- and beta-tubulin (see MIM 602529 and MIM 191130, respectively) chains pending their transfer to the cytosolic chaperonin containing TCP1 (MIM 186980) (CCT) complex (Hansen et al., 1999 [PubMed 10209023]). DPABH-14700 is suitable for use in IHC (1:25–1:100) application. DPABH-14700 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
