This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05503) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PFDN2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PFDN2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the prefoldin beta subunit family. The encoded protein is one of six subunits of prefoldin, a molecular chaperone complex that binds and stabilizes newly synthesized polypeptides, thereby allowing them to fold correctly. The complex, consisting of two alpha and four beta subunits, forms a double beta barrel assembly with six protruding coiled-coils. DPABH-05503 is suitable for use in IHC (1: 25-100) application. DPABH-05503 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
