This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03160) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PET117, targeting the amino acid region 23–81 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PET117 is a chaperone protein involved in complex IV assembly that plays a role in the regulation of mitochondria-encoded cytochrome c oxidase 1 (COX1) protein synthesis in human cells (PMID: 37247699). DPABH-03160 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-03160 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
