This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01553) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PEA15, targeting the amino acid region 1–130 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PEA15 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Blocks Ras-mediated inhibition of integrin activation and modulates the ERK MAP kinase cascade. Inhibits RPS6KA3 activities by retaining it in the cytoplasm (By similarity). Inhibits both TNFRSF6- and TNFRSF1A-mediated CASP8 activity and apoptosis. Regulates glucose transport by controlling both the content of SLC2A1 glucose transporters on the plasma membrane and the insulin-dependent trafficking of SLC2A4 from the cell interior to the surface. DPABH-01553 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-01553 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
