This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11802) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PDRG1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with PDRG1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PDRG1 (p53 and DNA damage-regulated gene 1) is a protein-coding gene, often overexpressed in various human malignancies, that acts as a novel tumor marker involved in cell proliferation, apoptosis, and the DNA damage response. It facilitates tumorigenesis and is regulated by UV radiation and p53, playing a key role in chaperone-mediated protein folding and stability. DPABH-11802 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-11802 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
