This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17716) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human PCNXL2, targeting the amino acid region 1108–1201 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human PCNXL2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. PCNXL2, also named as KIAA0435, belongs to the pecanex family. It may play a role in tumorigenesis of colorectal carcinomas with high microsatellite instability (MSI-H). PCNXL2 is characterized by high mutational frequencies and biallelic mutations in MSI-H colorectal tumors, and is thus likely to be a target gene in these tumors. PCNXL2 is a glycosylation protein. The MW migrates to 260kd.
DPABH-17716 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
